To change your Cascadia Daily News subscription type, log in to your account and in the upper right side of the window, click My Account. Then, select the bolded red button: Access Billing Portal.
You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your subscription.
If your email address is active with Cascadia Daily News, you'll receive a link to your customer portal. The link will only be active for 30 minutes. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not immediately see the email in your Inbox.

Click the red Log in to your customer portal button.
Your Billing Portal will provide you with options to
Update subscription
Cancel subscription
Update Payment Method
Update Billing and Shipping Information
View and download invoices related to your subscription
