# How to change or cancel my subscription?

To change your Cascadia Daily News subscription type, [log in to your account](https://www.cascadiadaily.com/wp-login.php) and in the upper right side of the window, click **My Account.** Then, select the bolded red button: **Access Billing Portal**.

You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your subscription.

If your email address is active with Cascadia Daily News, you'll receive a link to your customer portal. The link will only be active for **30 minutes**. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not immediately see the email in your Inbox.

The email will look like this one:

Click the red **Log in to your customer portal** button.

 

Your **Billing Portal** will provide you with options to

Update subscription

Cancel subscription

Update Payment Method

Update Billing and Shipping Information

View and download invoices related to your subscription
